Your details, your choice
Privacy notice.
1. Who is responsible
This website covers Ansats GTM (a consultancy trading name) and #girlswhoclay (the community brand). Marina Ghilchik is responsible for personal information collected through these activities. Ansats GTM is not described as a limited company.
Contact: marina@girlswhoclay.io. Location: London, United Kingdom.
2. What we collect
When you register community interest using our Tally form, we receive the details you choose to provide. These may include your name, email, WhatsApp number, role, company or freelance status, LinkedIn profile and separate communication preferences. We also receive submission information such as the date and time.
When you contact Ansats or book a chat, we may receive your name, business contact details and anything you choose to share about your GTM needs. Booking is handled through Cal.com, which may separately process technical and scheduling information under its own policies.
3. How and why we use it
- Community interest: to register your interest, reply to direct requests and administer the signup list. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and organising the community, where appropriate.
- Email or WhatsApp updates: to send community updates through the channels you selected. Where consent is required, we rely on your separate opt-in preferences, and you may withdraw them at any time.
- Consultancy enquiries: to answer questions, schedule discussions and take steps you ask us to take before an engagement, or pursue legitimate business interests where appropriate.
- Administration and security: to maintain records, protect the site and meet applicable legal obligations.
We do not assume that providing a phone number gives permission to send WhatsApp marketing messages. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Services that process information
Community registrations are collected by Tally. Consultation bookings use Cal.com. This website may be hosted on Vercel when deployed. Other services you choose to access, such as LinkedIn, have their own privacy policies. We may export or securely store submissions for community administration, including in connected spreadsheets if enabled.
Some providers may process information outside the UK. We rely on appropriate transfer protections where required. The exact provider configuration should be checked when the website is deployed and integrations are enabled.
5. How long we keep your data
We keep community interest records while they remain relevant to the community and your preferences. We review the list periodically and aim to remove inactive interest-only registrations within 24 months of their last meaningful interaction, unless there is a good reason to keep them longer. If you withdraw consent to updates, we stop those messages and may retain a minimal suppression record so we respect your choice. Consultancy correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, business records or legal requirements.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or erase your information, object to certain uses or withdraw marketing consent at any time. Contact marina@girlswhoclay.io. If you have a concern, you can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
7. Cookies and embedded services
The site does not intentionally install its own advertising or analytics cookies in this version. However, embedded third-party services, including Tally, and external links may process device or usage data and may set cookies or similar technologies according to their settings. We will review any additional tracking and update this notice and consent controls before introducing optional analytics or advertising technologies.
8. Changes
We may update this notice as the website and community evolve. The latest version will always be published here.
